The Family Pathways' office is located in Monarch Place at 100 Brugh Avenue, Butler, Pennsylvania. The office suite is uniquely suited to serving families with space that includes: spacious waiting areas, family rooms, therapy offices, group rooms and training rooms . Staff have worked to develop a family friendly environment that takes into account the special needs of the families we strive to serve.

Individuals with disabilities please contact our office and share your need for any special accommodations in advance of your visit. Disability access is located on the east side of the building in the lower parking area (see picture below).

Office hours have been scheduled to meet the needs of families: Monday thru Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 9am - 4pm. For an appointment or information please call Family Pathways at 724-284-9440.

The mission of the Butler Collaborative for Families is to build a unified and integrated network of services by using a multiple-agency approach to break down barriers and strengthen the system of care for the children and families of Butler County.  Family Pathways is a Charter Agency of Butler Collaborative for Families.  Our Director, Elan Welter Lewis, serves as a co-chairperson.
