OUR MISSION & PHILOSOPHY

At Family Pathways, our mission is to provide hope, healing, and comprehensive support to children and families impacted by trauma. We are dedicated to improving the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of those we serve.
 

We focus on understanding each individual’s experiences and recognize that healing begins with empathy, not judgment. Our trauma-informed philosophy is rooted in respect and compassion, guiding every aspect of our work.

What We Do

Family Pathways offers a wide range of services designed to foster healing, promote family stability, and strengthen connections:

Foster & Kinship Care

Recruitment, training, and ongoing support for foster and kinship caregivers, ensuring children experience safety and care in nurturing environments.

Family Support Services

Programs that support parenting success, healthy co-parenting, and supervised visitation to maintain family relationships.

Therapy & Psychiatry

Individual, group, and family counseling, along with trauma-focused treatment and psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and families.

Adoption & Permanency Services

Comprehensive adoption services, including child preparation, family recruitment, permanency planning, and post-adoption support.

Monarch Montessori

High-quality early childhood education that encourages independence, emotional development, and lifelong learning through a structured Montessori approach.
